Green tea, ginger and organic lemon infusion

The anticancer drink par excellence — to be consumed 3 to 6 times per day. Ginger strengthens the anti-inflammatory action of green tea.

🛒 Ingredients

  • Japanese green tea (Sencha or Gyokuro)2g per cup
  • Water at 80°C (not boiling)250ml
  • Fresh ginger1 cm
  • Organic lemon (zest and juice)1/4

👨‍🍳 Preparation

    Heat water to 80°C (do not boil — this damages the polyphenols).

    Add the sliced ginger and the organic lemon zest.

    Steep for a minimum of 10 minutes (essential to release the catechins).

    Strain and consume within the hour. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.

    Important: do not add milk (neutralizes the polyphenols).
