Green tea, ginger and organic lemon infusion

🛒 Ingredients
- Japanese green tea (Sencha or Gyokuro)2g per cup
- Water at 80°C (not boiling)250ml
- Fresh ginger1 cm
- Organic lemon (zest and juice)1/4

Heat water to 80°C (do not boil — this damages the polyphenols).

Strain and consume within the hour. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.

Important: do not add milk (neutralizes the polyphenols).
