Kale, apple, walnut and turmeric salad

  • Kale (or curly kale)100g
  • Organic apple1
  • Walnut halves30g
  • Pecans20g
  • Organic lemon juice2 tbsp
  • Extra-virgin olive oil3 tbsp
  • Turmeric1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper1 pinch
  • Acacia honey1 tsp

👨‍🍳 Preparation

    Massage the kale leaves with a little olive oil for 2 minutes to soften them.

    Prepare the dressing: olive oil + lemon juice + turmeric + black pepper + honey. Emulsify well.

    Toss the kale, apple, and walnuts together. Drizzle with dressing.
