  • Brussels sprouts (or broccoli)100g
  • Cranberries (or frozen blueberries)100g
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Green onions2
  • Turmeric1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper1 pinch
  • Brewed green tea (cooled)1 cup
  • Grapefruit juice1/2
  • Fresh ginger1 cm

👨‍🍳 Preparation

    Steam the cabbage for 3 minutes (keep it crunchy).
