Morning anticancer smoothie

A complete breakfast that brings together the major families of anticancer foods: berries, flaxseeds, soy, and green tea.

🛒 Ingredients

  • Blueberries (fresh or frozen)100g
  • Raspberries (fresh or frozen)50g
  • Plain soy milk200ml
  • Ground flaxseeds1 tbsp
  • Brewed green tea (cooled)100ml
  • Grated ginger1/2 tsp
  • Acacia honey (optional)1 tsp

👨‍🍳 Preparation

    Steep 2g of green tea for 10 minutes in water at 80°C. Let cool in the refrigerator.

    Blend all ingredients together until you get a smooth smoothie.

    Serve immediately (polyphenols in green tea degrade quickly).
