A complete breakfast that brings together the major families of anticancer foods: berries, flaxseeds, soy, and green tea.

- Blueberries (fresh or frozen)100g
- Raspberries (fresh or frozen)50g
- Plain soy milk200ml
- Ground flaxseeds1 tbsp
- Brewed green tea (cooled)100ml
- Grated ginger1/2 tsp
- Acacia honey (optional)1 tsp
