🛒 Ingredients

  • Oat flakes or muesli (oats, bran, flax, spelt)60g
  • Plain soy milk (or organic kefir)150ml
  • Blueberries (fresh or frozen)80g
  • Raspberries50g
  • Ground flaxseeds1 tbsp
  • Walnuts (halves)3
  • 70%+ dark chocolate (optional)1-2 squares
  • Brewed green tea1 large cup (steeped 10 min)

👨‍🍳 Preparation

    Steep the green tea for 10 minutes at 80°C while you prepare the rest.

    Pour the oat flakes into a bowl with the soy milk.

    Add the berries, ground flaxseeds, and chopped walnuts.

    Finish with 1–2 squares of 70%+ dark chocolate (not milk chocolate!).

    Drink the green tea immediately (do not wait more than one hour).
