🛒 Ingredients
- Oat flakes or muesli (oats, bran, flax, spelt)60g
- Plain soy milk (or organic kefir)150ml
- Blueberries (fresh or frozen)80g
- Raspberries50g
- Ground flaxseeds1 tbsp
- Walnuts (halves)3
- 70%+ dark chocolate (optional)1-2 squares
- Brewed green tea1 large cup (steeped 10 min)

👨🍳 Preparation

Steep the green tea for 10 minutes at 80°C while you prepare the rest.

Finish with 1–2 squares of 70%+ dark chocolate (not milk chocolate!).
