How to prepare it

Ceremony grade (grade A) matcha is the most concentrated in EGCG. Avoid low-quality matcha which is often diluted or old. Prepare with water at 70-80°C — never boiling.

Recommended dosage

1 to 2 cups per day. Avoid after 3pm (more caffeine than regular green tea).

How to prepare it

1 to 2g of powder in 80ml water at 70-80°C. Whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk (chasen). Can also be added to smoothies, yogurts, or morning porridge.

Important warnings

Contains more caffeine than brewed green tea. Do not exceed 2 cups/day. Not recommended in the evening.
